Junior Consultant

When you join CubeMatch you are provided with options to a clearly defined career and development path, a mentor and or coach.  

A typical career would be working within a team for one year to gain an understanding of the industry.  Year two would start to prepare you for more autonomy to step into a consultant role.  Several of our Juniors have carved out a career to work as Senior Consultants over a period of 6 – 8 years working in senior management roles and we will help you to achieve this also.
