About the role
  • Engage with business development and marketing activities for the Financial consulting team to help grow the business.  Such as contributing to case studies to be published and learning content for more Junior Teams.

  • Take an active role in coaching, developing, and growing more junior staff members. 

  • With full support from CubeMatch you will be responsible for your own development, maintain and educational or stretch opportunities to continually develop your skills.

  • You will seek opportunities which give you exposure to different environments, situations and perspectives.

  • Be able to modify your behaviour different shareholders behaviour to build quality relationships.

  • A collaborative relationship with our clients and skill to aligning with their people, culture and adapt our methodology to work with theirs.

  • Capable to review work processes and to evaluate for quality, accuracy and relevance. 

  • Optimise Business operations to prepare clients for future growth.

Desired skills, experience and attributes
  • Experience working in Financial Services our Consultancy would be advantageous
